Shane Radbone is a successful entrepreneur and sports player. He has displayed top sporting chops with Sturt and the Essendon Football Club. He has also shown exemplary football skills playing with the SANFL and AFL. Not content with having only sports in his portfolio, he started his own company called the Executive Fitness Management. This grew into the largest corporate Fitness business in Australia.
What started off with just one client has since branched out to more than 3,500 satisfied customers. Shane Radbone was awarded the Australia Day Business Award for his contributions to the Fitness and Business Industries in 1996. EFM was awarded the Australia Day Business Award in 1996.
This led to Wendy’s offering him the CEO position of their Supa Sundaes. Wendy’s has 310 stores in Australia and New Zealand. As CEO of the product, Mr. Radbone grew the profits of Supa Sundaes from $75m to $120m in just five years.
